The original text of his congratulatory message has brought as follows:
Greetings from Tokyo, and congratulations to the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the National Iranian Productivity Organization on the National Productivity Day of the country.
Thank you very much for inviting the APO to this National Symposium on Productivity. I am very honored and privileged to say a few words on this auspicious occasion.
Let me begin by saying that I.R. Iran and the APO have decades long of close and fruitful partnership. I am very encouraged to see that productivity movement in Iran has continued to grow from strength-to-strength over the years, and the country’s commitment to increasing productivity remains firm and solid.
Commemorating a National Productivity Day and holding this National Symposium confirm the unwavering commitment. I would like to commend the NPO of I.R. Iran for continuing to spearhead productivity movement in the country.
To all the distinguished guests from government agencies, academia, and the private sector, your participation is a testimony of the broad-based support to productivity. Allow me to convey warm greetings to the Vice Presidents, the Vice President and Head of the Administration and Recruitment Organization, and the APO Director/Head of the NPO of I.R. Iran.
This National Symposium comes at a crucial time as we need to reignite growth and push for productivity. We may have passed the worst of the COVID-19 pandemic, but many of the impacts remain to be addressed.
Here is where the centrality of productivity to enable rebound and regrowth is very important. In connection with this, I have three points to share with everyone.
First, expanding ownership of productivity. This means for all levels, and across the entire country. For this purpose, we will have to actively leverage on information communication technology to strengthen national productivity connectivity and network. The APO stands ready to support the NPO of I.R. Iran to be the productivity hub in the country.
The second point is making productivity inclusive. Understanding about productivity should not wait until someone joins the workforce. But it should be imparted from young age, as a mindset of doing more, doing better and faster.
The third point is to make results of productivity tangible. For this, I would like to encourage establishments as many as possible model organizations and demonstration companies. They should be on the key spheres of productivity: manufacturing, services, agriculture, and public-sector. These demonstration companies and organizations will serve as learning-centers that will inspire replications of productivity success stories in the country.
I am sure this National Productivity Day Symposium will draw many insights and practical suggestions for inspiring ideas to bring productivity to an even higher plane in Iran.
I look forward to see many more accomplishments by the NPO and the people of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Congratulations and Happy National Productivity Day.
Thank you very much.
